Magnesium is a common deficiency

I have known about the importance of Magnesium for decades and that the best way to increase it in our bloodstream is to get it through the skin  by Transdermal delivery of Magnesium
Dr Dean is knowledgeable expert on Magnesium - here is a good start to increase your knowledge about Magnesium and its importance.

If you want to know how I increase my Magnesium levels, contact me and I will help you out.  The best form of Magnesium in my research is Magnesium chloride. I make a 10% solution in water and spray it on my calves and other big muscles - also along  the spine.  There are many companies now making Magnesium transdermal to prevent the laxative effect.  Epsom salts are Magnesium sulfate which then has to be converted to Magnesium chloride by the body. So it's best to just apply Magnesium chloride to the skin and let it be absorbed into the bloodstream.  But I must admit the most readily available Magnesium application to the skin right now is Epsom salts in a warm bath. At least you are getting some Magnesium easily and inexpensively without laxative effect.  It is not just the laxative effect that Magnesium causes when taken orally, it also will irritates the bowel when taken over a long period of time can cause irritable bowel syndrome.

Hope you find this fascinating and useful. Let me know your thoughts on this rarely talked about subject.  Yes all minerals are important, but it seems that Magnesium is a great place to start. It is necessary for over 600 enzymatic processes in the body.
