High doses of D deplete Magnesium

 I have been recommending Magnesium for years. At first orally until I found out it irritates the lining of the intestinal tract and causes all kinds of problems.  Then I found out that the preferred route of administration is through the skin, transdermal application with lotions, creams or in the bath.  And also there is a difference in the type of Mg salt you use. Magnesium sulphate, otherwise known as EPSOM SALTS is excreted rapidly and it benefits are short lived. It has to be metabolized to Magnesium chloride which is better assimilated and penetrates to appropriate sites. Therefore Magnesium chloride is the best way to administer Mg.  

But today as doing more research on Magnesium I came across a shocking bit of information. HIGH DOSES OF VITAMIN D DEPLETE MAGNESIUM. I was shocked and immediately became hyper-alert, because everyone is recommending high doses of Vitamin D for prevention and treatment of COVID.  It is well documented that pharmaceuticals deplete Magnesium and now we can see that nutraceuticals also deplete Mg, especially in high doses

Now not only are the millions of people on pharmaceuticals depleted of Magnesium but all those trying to prevent and treat COVID with high doses of Vitamin D.

Symptoms of low Magnesium as leg cramps, RLS or restless leg syndrome, irregular heart beat, migraine headaches, high blood pressure, brittle bones and weakened immune system.  We also know that stress depletes Magnesium. It might be the underlying mechanism connecting these various problems.
