Magnesium - Irregular Heart Beats

If you find yourself having irregular heart beats it definitely something to go and get checked by a competent physician.  And also it would not hurt to step up your Magnesium levels. With so many people taking Calcium, Magnesium gets out of balance. Also because of our poor food growing practices mineral in our soils are depleted and since Magnesium is needed in about 700 biochemical pathways in the body it is crucial to keep its levels up.

The best way to get Magnesium into the body is through the skin. Magnesium chloride is better than Magnesium sulphate (Epsom Salts) as it is better assimilated.  There are many ways to get this.

Also I recently read that homeopathic Magnesium carbonate 30CH has been beneficial in reducing heart palpitations in some people.  No sides effects and inexpensive so it would be worth a try.

Motherwort has also been used for irregular heart beats: Here is what Grandpa Google says about Motherwort.  "Motherwort is used for heart conditions, including heart failure, irregular heartbeat, fast heartbeat, and heart symptoms due to anxiety."

    1. Many people are now growing in awareness of the importance of Magnesium. However only a few know that it is a serious irritant on the lining of the intestinal tract. This lining is the home of our beneficial bacteria and also the intelligent membrane that allows our nutrients into our bloodstream. By irritating it on a regular basis we greatly interfere with the assimilation of all food, vitamins, minerals and subtle pranic energies from everything that we ingest. Therefore transdermal delivery is the best solution. Also the homeopathic form would not be an irritant as it is dissolved under the tongue and also homeopathy is a totally different form of delivery, more vibrational.

  2. As the Universe is a great organizer, I recently had a client with severe atrial fibrillations and heart flutters. As this is out of my scope of practice, I recommended a call with Dr Marianne Teitelbaum. Before the call we took some time to go over an efficient way to present the client's case. There were several other health issues which we decided to briefly present and then spend 90% of our 30 minute consult with Dr. T on the heart issue. It was amazing to watch how thorough and deep Dr T's question were. Within that short time a 6 week protocol was outlined. Now my client and I can "unpack" all the recommendations and set priorities and make sure they understand the importance and necessity of the recommended herbs in their various forms.
